Before I moved to the Wild and Wonderful West Virginia I had never canned anything in my life. I have now successfully canned: venison, marmalade, hot pepper dogs, tomato juice, Mediterranean Tomato Sauce, roasted tomato sauce.
It is not easy but when you hear the "pop" it is all worth it (and when you open that jar of garden fresh green beans in the dead of winter)!
